 Thank you very much for meeting with us. We're glad we had the opportunity to meet.

How did we settle in Shadowland?

We found ourselves on the map and marked our location. Look for our EcoCity Koszalin on the island of Shadowland. Why there? It’s very simple. Every resident of EcoCity Koszalin has their own sweet little pet. We think they’ll want to introduce their Sweeties. ;)

Kindness Stones Garden

 Today, our school hosted a very special event – the opening of the Kindness Stones Garden. The celebration was attended by classes 3c , 2a, 2b, and 6a.

The garden was created to remind everyone how important a smile and kindness are. Just one kind word, a small gesture, or a friendly smile is enough to brighten someone’s day.

In the garden, everyone – children and adults – can leave a painted stone. Later, such a stone is given to someone who needs encouragement and joy. This way, a simple thing turns into the great power of goodness.

Our Kindness Stones Garden is part of the Happy Islands project, where we learn that working together, showing kindness, and sharing smiles can truly change the world.

Today, we began this beautiful adventure, and we hope our garden will grow along with the kindness in our hearts.

FRUIT CITY

 Today we worked in the Canva application. In pairs, we created a vision of eco-friendly cities of the future. Many suggestions were put forward. Ultimately, the name Fruit City won.

First encounter with the project

 Class 3a from Piotrków Trybunalski has started its next eTwinning project. During the first lesson, we listened to a message addressed to us. I know that the future belongs to us. We talked about what cities of the future will be like.

We are students from Class 3 b at the Primary School in Rostarzewo, Poland. We are very happy to be part of the eTwinning project and to meet you!

Rostarzewo is a small and peaceful village in western Poland. It has beautiful nature, friendly people, and a long history. We love learning, playing, and discovering new things together.

We are happy to meet new friends from other schools!

Cities of the future

Uczniowie z klasy 3b z Rostarzewa pracowali w parach, a później  w zespołach, aby w końcu jednogłośnie wybrać nazwę swojej wyspy, 

W zespołach określili, jak chcieliby nazwać swoją ekologiczną wyspę i miasto. Z różnych propozycji wybrali raj,  arkadię.

Getting to know the project

 Uczniowie klasy 3 b ze Szkoły Podstawowej w Rostarzewie pozdrawiają partnerów nowego projektu. Oficjalnie rozpoczęli prace projektowe. Zapoznali się z międzynarodowym projektem edukacyjnym oparty na podejściu STEAM. Z zainteresowaniem wysłuchali Solary Luminy i jej zachęty do zaprojektowania miasta przyszłości, w którym chcieliby żyć. Z mapy dowiedzieli się, z jakiego kraju pochodzą  nasi partnerzy. 

Flowerland – The City of the Future on the Happy Islands

Class 3c (SP5 SŁUPSK/ POLAND) has launched their project activities. Through brainstorming, the students came up with a name for the virtual eco-city of the future – Flowerland. They also chose its location on the map of the Happy Islands. Our adventure begins!
